4)Go Outside the Home:
Go outside the home in the morning time it feel you great belive me and mark these my word in your deep of your hreart. If you are taking advantage of the morning atmosphere or environment, you should opportunity because morning air is fresh air and is one type of medicine whoch is healthy and helpfull to our body. Go outside the home at morning and do the activities like yoga,physical excercise,etc That morning habbit can change or bring you the great personality.
5)Bath or Shower with Cold water:
After coming home from doing these physical activities and exercises, your body will be at a high temperature you can take cold water or shower that boosts your energy and you will feel happy also increases the immune system and blood circulation will be increased and due to cold water your body will be energized and there are many benefits.
6)Read some pages of the Book:
Daily reading habits of some pages that make you become a great person. It increases your thinking power and ability and that process towards achieving your goal. That helps to enhance a highly positive view and confidence.
