I will share my exercise journey of 14 years, How I Stayed away from anxiety, overthinking, etc, and how confidence has increased due to some given exercises. We can feel good after doing exercise but can not say or it is difficult to say.
Confidence is “a belief in oneself”.Exercise improves mental and physical health why it enhances mood and improves self-love.
After doing exercise you will love yourself and then most importantly I am talking after I am feeling so doing daily exercise positive thinking or affirmation start going on, which is very helpful in growing our self-esteem.
Some exercises that can help will make you and Love you Daily Boost your confidence.

1)Walk/Run:-
These help improve our cardiovascular exercise. It helps to improve blood circulation. Reduce blood pressure and heart rate. Improves memory and thinking ability.
Increase the Life Expectancy. Maintain muscle function and joint range of motion.
2)Warm-Up:-
It is one type of action which prepares your body and mind.
It helps to increase blood circulation i.e. blood flow, helps to prevent injury, and loosens muscles.
Warm-up is this activity we do before exercise. some benefits like increased benefits. It can improve performance eg warming up side lungs, squat planks, and pushups.
Improves cholesterol level. We need to walk or run as per depends on our body fitness but if you don’t run at least walk.
Care thing:-
(1)How many calories do you want to decrease?
(2)What diet needs advice from a dietician?
(3)When you walk or run then go through this plane surface it will be better for your legs. Running makes a nice shape and helps to lose weight.
3)Sun Salutation/Surya Namskar:-
It is a 12-pose physical or Yoga practice.
It’s the best cardiovascular workout and immensely positive impact on the body and mind.
-It’s best done every morning on an empty Stomach.
Other benefits are that stimulates the nervous system and helps in stretching, flexing, and strengthening the immune system, and weight loss. 12 poses are:

4)Breathing and Mindfulness practices help to stress-free mind:-
Thought will become null or zero. Your mind will become silent.
We can do the Easiest nose breathing technique exercise. We can do it, especially in the morning in fresh air.
Such techniques as Inhale and Exhale i.e. technique inhale up to 4 to 7 seconds and hold it for 4-6 seconds and then exhale for up to 4-7 seconds.
Those who can spend time doing breathing exercises and practicing breathing practices regularly these people are happier and healthier.
5)Yoga or Stretching:-
Both are physical activities help our body and mind.
Yoga is rooted in spirituality. Yoga originates from India and dates back to the pre-Vedic era when Hindu monks used this spiritual path.Its aim is to reach enlightenment.
What enhances our body is enhanced positivity.
Improved Flexibility, body mobility
This exercise again helps Better and faster circulation and faster recovery reducing the chance of injury.
It can evoke a deeper spiritual connection.
Release emotional block, improve muscle strength, calm the mind, and reduce anxious, negative, and repetitive thoughts.
6)Positive Visualization and Positive Self Talk:-
Positive Visualization means imagination to picture yourself. Feel the emotion when we have positive self-talk we can improve our self-image, confidence, and resilience.
Identify negative self-talk and convert it into positive self-talk.
Life or Be in the Present, Remember Gratitude reflect always, Ultimate at the end of the day you do well and grateful.
