          Even though we know the importance or opportunity of the morning time, especially morning, It is a good morning or fresh morning for every individual. So, Why do we use or waste time on mobile phones, technologies, and other electronic devices? How we can avoid mobile phones for checking in the morning in 2024? or How we stop mobile phones and other technologies and electronic devices to a better and healthier life?

                   If you people are possible play the outdoor game in the morning. It creates energy in your body and happiness in your mind. You can see as an example in your area many people instead of sportsperson they play football, rugby, tennis, cricket and badminton, etc.

7. Bathing:

                   Taking a bath first thing in the morning after walking outside creates a positive energetic and happy feeling. So this activity can also save you from touching your mobile phone in the morning.

8. Plan to Make a Schedule:

                   Every morning even if you know what you have to do on that day, it means a work schedule but it is in your mind so you will have to write it down in your notebook. It will keep and touch with you with your plan. It is a really good habit that will help you to go to the next level. and automatically can avoid the mobile phone in the morning.

9. Reading:

                     Daily something new like books might be a self-help book, it can be spiritual or financial or any other books and journals help to avoid those timepass things that are checking the mobile phone in the morning.
