                Walking Daily is a straightforward exercise, and we can walk anytime, anywhere indirectly. However, I am talking about walking by focusing on health, fitness, and many other things. We can walk in any condition, whether mental or physical. It might be in good or bad condition.
                   The Feeling of 1000 meters or 1000 steps my 12 yr experience I will share in this article so very great and Happy moment in this time particularly. If You reading then you will get the question on your mind why this talking for walking for youth specially then the my answer is very simple todays life or daily life or speedy life i.e the enter of the technology and changing the culture of the every society. Their also changed the mind, it’s thought and behaviour why we can not talk on it and it’s very crucial for every government because we know the importance of Youth in their country. and then we know the weakness among many youth weakness about physically, mentally, etc.
                There are many benefits and uses of 1000 meters daily walking by youth i.e. physiology, mentally, cardiology, etc.

1)Physiology:
                       Daily 1000 meters walking in nature with alone it really really very helpfull  to us i am saying because my experience said me and  if it happen daily base it means in the habbit of walking then body will be strenghten which is very well comfort for each and every individual, then muscular will be strenghten, belly fat will reduce  and it help those who has increased the obesity then it we can reduce the obesity through the walking., another benefits that is Joint will strong and bones will also become strong after daily Walking. Our Body shape will in fit and strenght. 

2)Cardivascular:

                            Stress and tension of the youth their might problem for heart attack or heart diseas and but 1000 meters helps to reduce the problem of the lungs,heart,artiery and many blockages will recover, due to daily Walking, Sometime chest pain relief due to walking, cough problem reduce due to walking and throat and nose problem also reduce due to walking It’s all about power of Walking, most important if you walk through the fresh air i.e. through morning that will help you a lot.
3)Mentally:

                      There are n number of reasons today to dusturb mentally thats why many are feel in anxiety, truama, stress, tension, and mentally unstable, etc These all free from this upgiven problem there is best and easy sollution is  1000 meters Daily  Walking. When we walk then energy is release from our body and feel pain on body part but this pain has very great result to better feel, and nervous free andto energitic and confidant. I am telling just do it for 30 days or 1 month for not me but for it yourself,your purpose and for your growth, There has many benefits it will help you after experiment this.

How Can We take action on Walking 1000 meters Daily?:

1)Wake up:

                 Why I am talking about wake up because the very very best time is morning time.  You  woke up daily but I telling you your wake up time should be same daily first then if you are waking up late I will suggest you wake up early early it means, I am telling you wake up early but after reading this article you can wake up early but I am giving one example just take understand every individual has different time to wake up in the morning but my precious advice to  you are really desire then the best morning time is wake up early my morning time is 4 am but i am not saying to you should be wakeup at 4 am from next day but in between  4-5 am is the best time to feel universal energy while we walk alone or while do activities or we focussely to feel the Universal energy.

           How You can get the good habbit to wakeup early in the morning I was on the one example above i.e if you are waking up at 7 am then you should wake before 10-15 minutes before that time for some days so you could not get tough to wake up and   and when we comfort on that time then again wake up 15-30 minutes before that time for some days, thats a good technique you can apply.


2)Use Costume:
                            When we walk early in the morning then take advantage of properly morning costume  wear the proper costume while we walk out of the home,on road,guarden and ground because it boost your confidance and increase the physical activities on this comfort costume.

3)Use Speedometer:    

                                     For Checking or counting purpose you can use this spodemeter becuse we know the limit and to cross this limit after using this spdometer that helps to go to the next level in youself.

4)Use Device:
                           When we walk alone for health purpose we can use this device for music or to listen the spirituall or good thoghts which will boost your self and it help to grow youer self and also motivational or sprituall but be aware your consious mind should not be in divided focussed due to this device, be alerts whats your goal.
