How disciplined you are is shown by whether or not you make your bed in the morning. It is a good habit to make your bed when you wake up in the morning. And your day can start from the fold of a bed.
2. Drink warm water:
There are many benefits of drinking warm water after waking up in the morning, it helps in weight loss, it also helps in reducing belly fat, it helps in cleansing the stomach, makes the face look fresh and young.
3. Cleansing the stomach:
As the cause of many diseases is not having a clean stomach, it is important to wake up first thing in the morning and have a clean stomach. otherwise, if the stomach is not clean, the mind does not remain stable, so there is no focus on work. This work is very important for the body at the beginning of the day.
4. Exercise/Yoga/Running/Walking:
Starting the morning is very important for the body by doing some exercise, yoga, walking, running. If you do some of these activities, the body will have enthusiasm and strength and a different level of energy throughout the day.
5. Breathing/Meditation:
Sitting in a discipline, closing the eyes, or sitting in a meditative position, just controlling the breath and breathing deeply in and out, doing this will bring in a different level of energy that will help you grow more energetic and confident, and feel a peaceful life.
6. Reading a book:
Reading a few pages of the daily book takes you to a higher level than the rest, then it is necessary to make a habit of reading the self-help book and this one tip is very important in this tip to start the day. Even if all our needs are fulfilled, book reading is a very good habit to sustain them all or for a spiritual pleasure.
7. Heavy breakfast:
A strong and full balanced diet after freshening up in the morning helps in digestion for the whole day and keeps the body energitc, according to the Vedas and my experience of 12 yrs, one should eat enough food in the morning, but less in the afternoon than in the morning and very less in the night. And should be eaten before nightfall.
