                 The morning environment is positive and very healthy for the body. In the best, calm, and healthy morning environment, we can remove our depression by following 9 methods.

1. Get up early and at the same time:

             If you want to get rid of depression, it is important to wake up early in the morning and wake up at the same time every day. A good habit will be needed, so that self-confidence increases and the person lives happily.

2. Fold the bed:

               It is very important to fold the bed first thing in the morning if a person wakes up and folds the bed first thing in the morning it can mean that he is keeping himself in self discipline and making himself fit and well.

                Not only my experience but many experts and yogis will tell you that daily morning exercise in a pure and secluded environment is a great and powerful activity, so if you spend a few minutes in the morning breathing, your depression will go away and happy time will begin.

                In the morning, when we play physical games like football, cricket, badminton, and tennis on the ground, our body gets breath, we sweat and this change brings us out of depression and keeps us happy.

7. Walking/Jogging/Running:

               Anyone who is depressed or has a sad heart, even if they do a simple and physical activity such as walk or jogging or running in a clean and traffic-free place in the morning, a lot of benefits and changes can happen in their personal life.

9. Journaling/Self Help book:

                  By journaling in the morning or reading two pages of a book, a lot of positive changes are made in our minds. It’s not a joke, it’s a fun experience, but many great people don’t stop reading. At least they read at least 2-3 pages of a book. How fast is it? Even if there is another job.
