                   “Resilient” this term applies to everyone, but How? I will tell what exactly the meaning of “Resilient”. The resilient is Bounce back and the bounce back is applies for mental, social, economical of Human being. The one thing is very important is that  We can differentiate of the mentally well being in between our ancestor and todays generation. Obviously there is increased the complexity in todays generation. then we get the question is Why..? This kind of toughness has been increased. obviously there are many reasons that which the major reasons are population and due to population natural resources are decreased, technology, and variation in that has been come etc.

                    What we need is that for every individual to self improvement because we know the todays we face a lot of problems, failure or a downfall in life and sorrow and after that we get out of that zone into or adapt a good things. It’s really courageous situation. 

                       WHY you need to Resilient?

1)Double Confidence:  Due to resilient our confidence increased automatically, confidence increased to learn and earn. while we resilient then our mindset change it means we thought towards positivity. that positivity towards work, positivity towards culture, positivity towards fitness, money and on many things. 

2)Happy Time: If we come back really from that time our happy time  increased so then our mood also change that means happy and our energy and mindset towards work also positive.

3)Become Inspirational Personality: When we resilient or We do the fresh start then someone or other people observe us many time or after time they inspire from us. It really proud feel to us. Someone follow us or to do copy of us. copy in the thought, behaviour, personality or on any thing.

                  HOW you become Resilient for self improvement with fresh start?

1)Early Morning: I will say simply go out of the home in every early morning. Not only go out of the home in every morning but you have to go alone or walk alone in the every morning for few minutes or distance daily.

2)Do Activities or Exercise: The body workout really help us to tired of us the body that body or brain work for us that means this kind of tiredness really boost our physical and mental energy and also actually we feel doing exercise or workout is not to make shape of the body but it enhancing the brain efficiency and capacity.

3)By Reading Books:  By reading self help book or philosophical book that help or boost you the next getings next or another stage. or geting upper level. It really changes your thought and thought process. At least few pages 2-3 pages Daily it will take you to upper level.

4)Touch with high quality people: High Quality it means Good people it means highly good characeter. Not only looking smart people but looking ethically good behaviour people that aura will help or boost you on your critical life or situation. So live with or your giving precious time with high quality people.
