We don’t know how we are getting stuck in the net of internet means we are becoming slaves of internet yet why are we giving so much time to or with internet, using different apps, software, social media at night time we ourselves are waiting for sleep time how can we wake up early in the morning.
(4) Eating late at night and taking heavy diet:
Do we see any difference between animals and us with this kind of food? Animals don’t have time to eat. There is no diet plan and we don’t have time to eat. How can we conclude for the body that we don’t have time to eat.
